AS A JUNIOR (2026)
Made 45 appearances with 42 starts during the 2026 season… Hit .318 with 54 hits in 170 at-bats while scoring 34 runs and driving in a team-high 50 RBI… Collected 12 doubles (led the team), two triples, and nine home runs (led the team) while drawing 24 walks and adding four stolen bases… Produced numerous standout performances, including a six-RBI game against Rollins on 3/21/26 and a four-hit, five-RBI performance at Palm Beach Atlantic on 3/27/26… Closed the year strong with impactful performances against Lynn, driving in six runs over the series… Defensively, posted a .992 fielding percentage with 233 putouts and 12 assists while committing just two errors, helping turn 19 double plays… Gonzalez became the first NSU player since Jake Anchia in 2018 to hit a home run in four consecutive games...Was named SSC Player of the Week on May 11th...Named to the D2CCA All-Region second team as a utility player.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Gonzalez transfers from nearby Florida Atlantic, where he appeared in 70 games with 64 starts. For his career, he recorded 24 runs, 53 hits, 47 RBIs and eight home runs while posting a .238 batting average and .381 slugging percentage. As a freshman, he was named to the AAC All-Freshman Team.
